Super Ruler is a neat program where you don't have to carry a real ruler around all day long. Just turn on your pda, you have a virtual ruler.
The program also allow user to change the length of the ruler based on type of pda and screen used.
The problem with this program is that it does not terminate properly.
After closing the program, it is still use backend memory. If used the ruler program 20 times, you will have 20 rulers processes running in the back without you knowing (unless you have MemMaid) and chowing up your RAM. Not very nice.

Best:

Don't have to carry a rule around all day.

Worst:

Inability to terminate properly.
